We are looking for a Service Engineer to join our team and bring engineering expertise closer to healthcare, ensuring the reliable performance of SofMedica’s medical equipment and an excellent customer experience.
Your Role
- Install, inspect, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair medical devices at customer sites.
- Perform preventive maintenance and respond to unplanned technical interventions, ensuring equipment reliability and proper operation.
- Provide technical support to customers and implement corrective actions when required.
- Train customer teams on the correct and safe use of medical equipment and develop relevant technical materials.
- Maintain accurate service documentation, equipment records, inspection plans, and spare-parts requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on installations, maintenance, repairs, calibrations, corrective actions, and identified non-conformities.
