Job Description
The team will be responsible for both internal and external services:
- documents - preparation and formatting of documents, presentation material in Powerpoint/Google Slides) with the Vialto brand
- reports, whitepapers (advanced layout including the design of illustrative elements -graphs, figures)
- placemats, leaflets, banners (graphic design of brief supporting materials - static socialmedia)
- pitch documents (preparation of high quality Vialto branded personalised materials)
- posters, leaflets, banners preparation
- internal communication and site management (content, both text and graphics)
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides (must have)
- InDesign, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Rush (nice to have) Working with CMS systems would be an asset
- Able to demonstrate strong organisational skills and high levels of self-motivation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work proactively, and make decisions where appropriate
- Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to manage a number of tasks concurrently
- Ability to maintain professional relationships
