As a Sales Director, you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and developing sales teams across CP Hart’s showroom and contracts network to deliver sustainable sales and margin growth
• Creating and embedding a high-performance sales culture that drives exceptional customer experience and commercial success
• Building strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders, including regular engagement with major accounts
• Providing strategic leadership, coaching, and performance management to regional sales leaders and wider sales teams
• Driving the implementation and effective use of CRM systems, sales processes, and customer management best practices
• Working collaboratively with senior leadership, marketing, category management, and operations teams to maximise business performance

This is a full-time, permanent role.

• Proven experience leading high-performing sales teams within a multi-site environment
• A strong track record of delivering sales growth, margin improvement, and commercial success
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and people development skills
• Strong customer relationship management experience, with the ability to influence at all levels
• Strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify new opportunities and drive business growth
• Experience working with CRM systems and using data to support business decision-making
