Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Cath Lab Technician in Hickory, North Carolina.
POSITION OVERVIEW
• Join a 355-bed acute care hospital supporting a growing cardiovascular service line
• Provide direct and indirect patient care within a high-volume Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory
• Work closely with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to support patient care and procedural success
• Opportunity for RCIS professionals and Cath Lab Technologists seeking long-term career growth within a Lifepoint Health facility

COMPENSATION
• Base salary: $76,000-$102,000 annually
• $20,000 sign-on bonus
SCHEDULE
• Full-time day shift
• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• On-call one night per week
• On-call every fifth weekend
ROLE
• Provide direct and indirect patient care according to Cath Lab standards of practice
• Monitor, assess, and communicate patient conditions throughout care delivery
• Assist with individualized patient care planning and treatment implementation
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Provide patient and family education
• Advocate for patient safety and quality outcomes
• Support procedural and operational excellence within the Cath Lab environment

Requirements
• Current ARRT certification REQUIRED OR RCIS certification REQUIRED
• Basic Life Support (BLS) REQUIRED
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 6 months of hire
• Associate degree from a Radiologic Technology program required unless waived for equivalent Cath Lab experience
• Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills REQUIRED
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced acute care environment REQUIRED
• Hospital experience preferred
• Acute care or rehabilitation setting experience preferred
