An established manufacturer of ETICS insulation systems and construction chemicals – FAST Wall Systems sp. z o.o., part of the ROCKWOOL Group.

We are looking for a candidate for the position of MARKETING DIRECTOR

What you will be doing:

• Developed and executed the company’s marketing and product strategies.

• Led the Marketing Department and managed a team of Product Managers.

• Expanded the product portfolio and successfully launched new products to market.

• Collaborated closely with the Sales Department to support revenue growth and strengthen brand development.

• Conducted market, trend, and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and drive strategic decisions.

• Oversaw marketing communications, advertising campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.

• Managed the marketing budget and monitored the effectiveness and return on investment of marketing activities.

• Partnered with R&D, Production, and Procurement teams to develop and enhance the product offering.

• Represented the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.

What you bring:

The candidate we are looking for should have:

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the field of marketing.

• Experience in the construction materials, construction chemicals, or a related industry.

• Strong knowledge of strategic marketing, product marketing, and sales support activities.

• Proven experience in team leadership and marketing project management.

• Ability to develop and implement effective marketing and product strategies.

• Experience in product portfolio management and new product launches.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and competitive activities.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving business objectives.

• Proficiency in English.
