Salary: $24.06/hour
Job Duties:
- Responsible for processing and/or approving payment documents and resolving discrepancies prior to payment.
- Responsible for coordinating daily activities, monitoring workflow, ensuring all invoices are paid by the due date, distributing checks, and providing payment information upon request.
- Supervises and provides work direction to the Accounts Payable Specialist.
- provides customer service to internal and external customer by answering questions and providing training to ensure payment requests are accurate and completed properly.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field OR Two years of progressively responsible work experience in accounts payable.
- Typing ability of 30 wpm is preferred.
- Must submit to and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
