The Role

You will oversee the day-to-day restaurant operation, ensuring impeccable standards of service, team leadership, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency throughout every service.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a quality-led environment and genuinely loves hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating the front-of-house team

• Delivering exceptional guest experiences consistently

• Managing service standards and daily operations

• Supporting recruitment, training, and staff development

• Driving wine and beverage sales

• Managing rotas, staffing levels, and labour control

• Maintaining excellent communication with the kitchen and senior management team

• Ensuring high standards of presentation and professionalism throughout the restaurant

About You

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior restaurant leader within a quality-led environment

• Strong food and wine knowledge

• Passion for hospitality and guest experience

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Calm under pressure with exceptional attention to detail

• Commercially aware and operationally organised

• A genuine team player with a positive attitude
