Our Transfer Agency Department is looking for the right caliber who will be responsible to perform Transaction Processing functions in a controlled and efficient manner to generate high client and investor satisfaction. The individual is expected to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrate logical thinking and problem-solving ability, attention to detail, capable to deliver timely and accurate execution and willingness to collaborate and contribute as one team within a global organizational environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Input and validate transfer agency related investor transactions
• Monitor, assign and reconcile investor transactions in proprietary workflow management tool
• Handle and follow through transactions that require special handling
• Prepare and monitor the production of internal and external reports
• Assist Supervisor or Manager in reviewing and updating operational checklists and procedures to facilitate continuous enhancement of service standards and control measures for the Department
• Follow appropriate protocols to ensure timely escalation of issues or errors
• Adhere to risk control measures while ensuring all required operational standards are met
• Ensure firmwide and client specific policies and procedures are properly adhered to and evidenced
• Address all enquiries (internal and external) in a timely and accurate manner 
•  Collaborate with local and global teams to deliver operational and service excellence
•  Proactive participation and contribution to local or global projects and initiatives

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• BA/MS degree and/or equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in a Transfer Agency or Financial Services settings
• Demonstrate willingness and ability to learn
• Attention to detail and proven ability to handle multifaceted challenges
• Ability to multi-tasks effectively under pressure
• Good knowledge of standard Office applications. (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge and prior experience of Multifonds TA is an advantage
• Fluency in verbal and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese is highly preferred
• Willingness to provide work coverage on a rotational basis during Hong Kong bank holidays when needed
