Clearance:
Active Secret Clearance required.
Main Duties:
- Manage daily site security operations.
- Supervise CSTs and Cleared American Guards.
- Enforce access control procedures.
- Monitor construction activities.
- Inspect materials, tools, vehicles, and equipment.
- Escort or oversee uncleared personnel as needed.
- Maintain daily logs, visitor records, inspection reports, and incident reports.
- Report security issues, violations, or suspicious activity.
- Coordinate with Government representatives and construction personnel.
Requirements:
- Active Secret Clearance.
- 8 years of security experience.
- 2 years of ICD 705 construction security experience.
- Site Security Manager certification.
- Experience leading security personnel.
- Ability to read construction plans and schedules.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
