Site Manager - Security Operations

SafeHaven Security Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee daily security operations at a client site in Nekoosa, Wisconsin.

We are seeking a motivated, experienced Site Manager to lead security operations at our Nekoosa location, ensuring outstanding client service while developing and supporting a high-performing security team.  

This position will be a full time, salaried position.  
 

What You'll Do

· Lead and develop a team of Security Officers and Shift Supervisors

· Manage daily site operations, scheduling, and staffing

· Build strong client relationships through responsive communication

· Ensure compliance with company policies, client expectations, and Wisconsin regulations

· Conduct inspections, training, coaching, and performance management

· Respond to incidents and provide leadership during emergencies

Requirements

Requirements

· High school diploma or GED required 

· Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred 

· Minimum five (5) years of experience in private security, law enforcement, or military service 

· Minimum two (2) years of supervisory or management experience 

· Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record 

· Ability to obtain or maintain any required Wisconsin private security licensing or permits 

· Ability to pass a criminal background check and any other required pre-employment screenings 

· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills 

· Experience managing schedules, staffing, and daily operations 

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer-based reporting systems 

· Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed 

· Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, climb stairs, lift up to 50 pounds, and respond quickly during emergencies 

Minimum Requirements

· High school diploma or GED 

· Five (5) years of security, military, or law enforcement experience 

· Two (2) years of leadership or supervisory experience 

· Valid driver's license 

· Ability to pass a background check and meet licensing requirements 

· Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills 

· Ability to work a flexible schedule and respond to emergencies
