Overview

Verantwortlich für den Aufbau von Chifts Präsenz im nordischen Raum durch Prospecting und Schließen von Enterprise-Kunden. Durchführung des kompletten Verkaufszyklus von Prospecting bis Closing mit Dealgrößen von 20k€ bis über 100k€ ARR. Beratungsorientierter Verkauf als Trusted Advisor mit tiefem Verständnis der Kundenbedürfnisse. Zusammenarbeit mit Product & Tech-Teams und Teilnahme an Events zur Netzwerkbildung.

## Tasks

At Chift, sales is all about **Enterprise Sales** with a **consultative approach**. We don’t just sell a product, we partner with our clients to solve complex integration challenges and unlock growth opportunities in B2B and even B2B2B markets.

Your main job will be to develop our presence in the Nordics market (Norway, Sweden, Denmark & Finland). Prospect & close our first clients in the region, and position Chift as a leader there.

  • **Outbound sales**
  • You’ll run the full sales cycle and you are responsible of your own pipe : from prospecting to closing
  • You will handle deal size from 20k€ARR up to +100k€ARR
  • Build and redesign sales processes to help us create an exceptional customer journey
  • **Consultative Selling**
  • Our sales are not transactional, it is **strategic**. You’ll act as a **trusted advisor**, helping prospects understand how Chift’s integrations drive efficiency and revenue
  • You’ll develop a deep understanding of clients' business models to **tailor solutions** that genuinely add value
  • **Customer Relationship**
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships and position yourself as a trusted advisor to facilitate expansions, renewals and referrals across your customers
  • Your prospects will be people working in Product & Tech. Therefore it is important to have a deep interest for technology and software products
  • **Ecosystem, Networking & Events**.
  • Chift needs to be a **reference in the European fintech and SaaS ecosystem**. You’ll be the face of the company at events and fairs
  • You’ll develop connections with key **fintech and B2B SaaS leaders** to strengthen our position in the French market

## Requirements

  • +4 years experience **as a successful sales in a B2B software company.**
  • _Startup enthusiast_ : the atmosphere is more _rock&roll_ than a corporate job. You have to be open and resourceful.
  • Spirit of initiative and "_doer_": you'll be the driving force and we count on you to make things move.
  • IT knowledge : we speak all day long about integrations, API and SaaS. You don’t need to be an expert already, but you should be interested in this industry ;-)
  • Positive, ambitious and humble
  • Language : Very good level in English is required. Speaking Dutch, Spanish, German or Swedish is a plus.
  • CRM addict : we use Hubspot.
