Maintenance Technician

Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Maintenance Technician role in Burlington, WA. Key Responsibilities:
· Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment to ensure optimal performance.
· Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
· Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime through effective problem-solving.
· Conduct regular inspections of machinery and systems to identify potential issues before they escalate.
· Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and documentation.
· Collaborate with production and operations teams to support efficient workflow and equipment reliability.
· Install, test, and calibrate new equipment as needed.
· Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
· Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reliability.

 

Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred.
· Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
· Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
· Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
· Experience with PLCs and automated systems is a plus.
· Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
· Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime as needed.
