Track suppliers and ensure Timely delivery to customers as per the company’s  delivery commitment which shall improve the company’s cash conversion cycle (CCC) Should pay special attention to orders with a Letter of credit(LC) or Liquidated damage(LD) and ensure timely delivery & document submission to the bank as per LC requirements without incurring any additional cost. Should have knowledge of Import/export clearance requirements in the Middle East & Africa especially on products regulation (ESMA/ ECAS, COC, SABER ) and other ministry approval such as TRA, MOFAIC, chemical etc and pre-organize them wherever possible for smooth customs clearance and delivery. Ensure to arrange all logistical documents as per the customer contract which must comply with local customs and VAT authority. Optimize shipping costs by negotiating with various freight forwarders and arrange the shipment as per project requirements. Should have a thorough knowledge of all the latest ICC Incoterms -2020 and all shipments should be handled as per agreed incoterms with customer/supplier. Should be a very good team player and share logistical knowledge such as the latest customs update, and regulations to sales&project teams and should be ready to accept any challenges as per the company’s requirements. Maintain proper documentation for all import/ export shipments.

 Should have effective communication and interpersonal skills and know MS Office and SAP.
