Responsibilities:
- Check delivery order to verify the received quantity and to perform a visual quality check of the items.
- Verify the purchase order is in the SAP System to ensure the correct quantity.
- Perform a system receipt of parts and generate label.
- Stock in received parts in their respective stock locations after IQA inspection.
- Pick parts as per job pick list; ensure correct quantity, batch number and parts are issued as per the pick list.
- FIFO must be practiced unless otherwise stated as FEFO
- Verify RSN parts and have it stock back in the correct locations.
- Perform material transactions e.g. PO receipt, issue to jobs, RSN and other relevant material transactions.
- Receive customer’s repaired component and submit all receiving paperwork to Sales & Marketing.
- Ensure proper housekeeping.
- Strictly adhere to all safety procedures at all time.
- Perform other jobs as delegated e.g. packing & unpacking shipment and others.
- Ensure D/O is corresponding to the packaging for exporting to the respective customer.
- Perform cycle count for GASCA stock on weekly basis
- Perform tasks / functions assigned by the logistics supervisor, store supervisor or manager
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics or equivalent
- Good work attitude and a team player
- Strong communication skills
- Problem solving ability and a proactive mindset towards continuous improvement
- Able to use Microsoft Office software/SAP
- Forklift license preferred
