Logistics Officer - Maputo

 Duties 

• Co-ordinate movement of packages from Airport or KM4 to warehouse
• Check all goods/packages accounted for
• Co-ordinate with customs brokers on documentation requirements
• Ensure all documentation in check and fully signed to ensure Bank Guarantee management & payment protocols are maintained
• Co-ordinate delivery on board vessels calling Maputo port & ensure full delivery process followed and communicated accurately
• Co-ordinate any other movement of internal company cargo as instructed
• Detailed tracking and communication of movements
• Any other company requirements

Requirements in the candidate

• Must speak English
• Must have attention to detail
• Must be able to maintain good documentation filing, tracking etc.
• Preferred understanding of import/export requirements (especially "consumo a bordo")
