Description
This is a high-impact role at a company where growth isn't a marketing function — it's a product discipline. You'll work at the intersection of data, experimentation, and user experience in an environment where the stakes are real and the users are patients.
- You will own the growth product roadmap and be accountable for the metrics that matter — activation rates, conversion, retention, and funnel performance. That means designing experiments, interpreting data, reducing friction across user journeys, and shipping product improvements that compound over time.
- This is not a strategic-only role. The expectation is someone who gets into the detail, runs the analysis, and drives delivery cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and commercial teams.
- Proven product management experience with a specific focus on growth, onboarding, or activation in a startup or scale-up environment
- Demonstrable track record improving growth metrics — activation, conversion, or retention — through product initiatives
- Strong command of growth frameworks including AARRR funnels and the full marketing technology stack — analytics, attribution, experimentation, and marketing automation
- Hands-on data skills — comfortable in SQL or equivalent tools, able to interpret experiment results and diagnose funnel performance independently
- Experience running A/B tests, CRO initiatives, and structured experimentation programs
- Ability to design and optimise user journeys that reduce friction and build trust — particularly in regulated or healthcare environments where user confidence is non-negotiable
- Strong roadmap ownership — able to translate business goals into prioritised, sequenced product initiatives
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering, marketing, and commercial teams
- Fluent in both English and French
- Background in healthtech or digital health is a meaningful advantage
- Own the growth product roadmap, prioritising initiatives that move activation, conversion, and retention metrics
- Design, run, and interpret A/B tests and experimentation programs that inform product decisions with confidence
- Map and optimise user journeys end-to-end — identifying friction points, drop-off patterns, and trust barriers across the funnel
- Work closely with engineering to ship growth features and capabilities at pace
- Partner with marketing and commercial teams to align product initiatives with acquisition and revenue goals
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that give the business clear visibility on growth performance
- Contribute to product strategy — bringing a growth lens to roadmap planning and prioritisation across the wider product team
