As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various IT positions within our client companies. You will work closely with our clients to understand their specific hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.

Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates
• Keep track of candidate progress and provide regular updates to clients
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process
• Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals for future job opportunities
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise clients on hiring strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a staffing agency or IT company
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
• Proven track record of successfully filling IT positions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in using job portals, social media, and other recruitment tools
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Female candidates are preferred for this role
