Senior QA Engineer
Europe – Fully remote
Salary – 60k Euros
The Role:
Plexus has partnered with a profitable, product-led company building at the intersection of Web3 and payments. Their infrastructure powers some of the largest platforms in crypto and has already onboarded millions of users globally.
They are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to help manage and scale a high-performing manual testing team in a start-up environment.
The requirements:

QA Experience: 3+ years in hands-on manual and exploratory testing of web applications and payment products, with excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for UX.

AI & Technical Skills: Practical experience using AI coding tools and agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex, alongside API testing using DevTools, Postman, or cURL.
- Development Workflow: Comfortable with Git and GitHub, reviewing PRs, understanding code changes, and testing branches independently.
