COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is an organization operating within the I.T Consulting & Services sector, focused on I.T Consulting & Staff Augmentation. The company serves Local Markets and is committed to delivering quality solutions, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth. Location: Cebu City, Philippines
Work Setup: Onsite
Compensation Range: ₱20,000 – ₱30,000 per month
Compensation Flexibility: Open to negotiation for highly qualified candidates.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

End-to-end sales and marketing process from prospecting leads through research, to scheduling, pitching, negotiating, accreditation, contract processing all the way to closing

Maintain accurate and updated records of lead interactions and progress in the system.

Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase company sales and profitthrough acquisition of new clients

Cultivate and maintain good business relationship with key client Points of Contact(POCs). Do regular client touch base and actively look for new business opportunities

Ensure good transition of newly acquired clients to Account Officers

Work with the Marketing Team to manage and strategically deal with clients regarding concerns/problems and other related tasks in order to keep harmonious businessrelationship

Collaborate with the Marketing Team in coming up with innovative proposals on how to improve services offered and business processes to be at par with the fast-paced IT industry.

Other tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time by immediate supervisor and Management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
-
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
-
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in lead generation, business development, or a similar role, preferably in an IT consulting industry

Can work as an individual contributor but can work also efficiently with Marketing Team
-
Amenable to work on site
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior Business Business Development in I.T Consulting or consulting companies.
- Prior Lead Generation Operation experience in I.T Consulting or consulting companies.
REQUIRED SKILLS & TECHNOLOGIES
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly; active listening and persuasive abilities.
