## Tasks

At Enterprise Bot, we're building AI solutions that help global enterprises transform customer experiences.

We're looking for a smart, proactive, and AI-savvy person who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and keeping things organized in a fast-paced startup environment.

This is an operations-focused role covering Administration, HR, and Talent support, with plenty of ownership and variety. What You'll Do

🏢 People & Operations

• Manage day-to-day office, workplace, and HR administration.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, building management, and external partners.
• Work with Finance on invoices, payments, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain employee and company asset records, including laptops and equipment.
• Support employee onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and HR processes.
• Help coordinate business travel, flights, hotels, visas, and other logistics.
• Manage office supplies, facilities, events, and employee activities.
• Maintain HR and administrative records, trackers, and systems.
• Support employees with day-to-day HR and administrative queries.
• Support hiring through interview coordination, candidate communication, job postings, and recruitment administration.
• Look for ways to use AI and technology to simplify and improve processes.

## Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in HR, Administration, People Operations, or a similar role.
• Smart, AI-savvy, curious, and comfortable learning new tools.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working with vendors, Finance, employees, and external partners.
• Proactive, hands-on, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Experience with HRMS, Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, or similar tools.
• Exposure to Talent Acquisition is a plus.
