Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Client Account Executive to join a growing, mid-sized agency. Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $85,000 - $98,000 annually
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance
• Remote Work: Available in the following states: CO, DC, FL, GA, IL, MD, NC, PA, RI, TX, VA, WV
• Travel: No travel required

Responsibilities

• Manage complex HNW private client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and attention to detail
• Handle renewals, coverage reviews, and carrier relationships with precision and professionalism
• Provide high-touch client service, addressing client needs promptly and effectively
• Quote new and renewal business, ensuring competitive and comprehensive coverage options
• Utilize and adapt to multiple systems, including agency management platforms (EPIC) and CRM tools
• Maintain strong organizational skills to work efficiently in a remote or hybrid environment

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience managing HNW private client accounts
• Technical Skills: Highly tech-savvy, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technology quickly
• Software Proficiency: Experience with EPIC or similar agency management platforms preferred
• Work Environment: Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid setting
• Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a client-focused mindset
