Private Client Account Executive — High-Net-Worth
Location: Remote opportunities across the Northeast, with an immediate focus on New York. Candidates in Florida, California, Texas, and the Chicago area are also encouraged to apply. Pennsylvania arrangements may vary.
About the role
A growing retail insurance brokerage is expanding its national private client practice, with a focus on serving high-net-worth individuals and families. We’re seeking a P&C-licensed Account Executive who delivers thoughtful, responsive service and is interested in supporting complex personal insurance accounts.
Candidates with middle-market or standard personal-lines experience who are ready to grow into private client work are encouraged to apply.
What you’ll do
- Manage day-to-day service for a portfolio of personal-lines clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients, producers, carriers, and referral partners.
- Support renewals, policy changes, coverage reviews, and new-business submissions.
- Coordinate with carriers to obtain quotes, resolve service issues, and keep accounts moving.
- Help identify coverage gaps and bring client needs to the attention of the appropriate team members.
- Partner with producers and risk managers to provide a consistent, high-quality client experience.
- Maintain accurate account records and follow brokerage procedures.
What you’ll bring
- An active Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Experience in a retail insurance brokerage, preferably in personal lines.
- Strong client-service, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- The ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities with care and attention to detail.
- A collaborative mindset and interest in developing expertise in high-net-worth personal insurance.
Experience with high-net-worth clients, family offices, or fine art coverage is a plus, but not required.
