·       Gestion opérationnelle & comptable

–       Comptabilisation journalière de tout type de transactions (opérations financières, commissions, salaires, opérations diverses)

–       Support comptable opérationnel au business Marine

–       Gestion Peppol et facturation externe

–       Aider à la préparation des rapports financiers mensuels (reportings internes Marine)

–       Participer à la préparation des dossiers fiscaux (Déclaration IsoC, TVA, taxe d’assurances, fiches fiscales) avec le fiscaliste externe

–       Participer à la préparation des comptes annuels et des reportings statutaires

 

·       Activités de contrôle

–       Réconciliation des extraits de compte compagnies

–       Procéder à la vérification mensuelle/trimestrielle des comptes du grand livre

–       Participer au développement des procédures financières

–       Participer à la préparation des dossiers d’audit

 

·       Autres

–       Participer à la mise en place d’un nouvel ERP
