Overview
The Chief Office Intern will work closely with the Chief of Staff to gain hands-on experience in executive operations, tracking, and organizational management. This internship provides an opportunity for professional growth and exposure to various operational facets of business leadership.
Your main duties in flying with us :
- Assist in general administrative tasks, including scheduling, meeting preparation, document organization, and tracking action items.
- Help prepare presentation decks, reports, and briefing materials for cross-functional meetings.
- Assist in managing, coordinating, and tracking progress for special operational projects and initiatives led by the Chief of Staff.
- Support collaboration between the Chief of Staff and various teams to ensure daily operational smoothness.
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare :
- Final year or Recent graduate Bachelor Degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent organization, strong written/verbal communication, and sharp attention to detail.
- Proficient with Google Workspace / MS Office and basic project tools
- Adaptable, proactive, and discreet with confidential information.
