Site Documentation and Monitoring

• Review Method Statements (MS) and Inspection and Test Plans (ITP).
• Monitor, verify, and maintain daily records of PVD installation works.
• Prepare and submit daily progress updates based on actual site conditions.
• Monitor and record marine vessel movements and operations.
• Monitor and report sand infilling volumes for each reclamation phase.
• Maintain and update site records, including, Sample Registry ,Sand Infilling Volumes,UXO Encounters, Pelican Barge Trip Cycles, Equipment Breakdowns, and Delays
• Maintain project documentation and quality records.

Site Inspection and Supervision Works

• Supervise and witness 24/7 PVD installation activities.
• Witness PVD rig calibration activities.
• Witness soil sample collection prior to laboratory testing and maintain test records.
• Perform daily monitoring and verification of PVD installation progress.
• Conduct random day and night surveillance inspections at sand discharge points.
• Witness and record bunkering activities of marine vessels.
• Witness ullage measurements and sand sampling activities.
• Supervise and witness dry earth movement works, including surcharge placement and removal.
• Supervise and witness testing activities related to ground improvement works.
• Verify compliance of construction activities with approved specifications, procedures, and quality requirements.
• Report site observations, non-conformities, and construction issues to the project team.
