About Prezzee
Prezzee is a global leader in digital gifting and payments, having sold over 140 million gift cards through partnerships with more than 1,500 brands and serving over 6 million customers worldwide. Our mission is to change lives through the power of giving — leveraging borderless payment technology and innovative digital solutions to help people connect and create memorable moments that truly matter.
About the role
The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will own Prezzee’s lifecycle marketing program across both consumer and business audiences, bringing our Growth & Lifecycle strategy to life through targeted customer journeys, campaigns, messaging, experimentation and ongoing optimisation across priority markets.
Reporting to the Head of Growth & Lifecycle, this role will help shape the broader lifecycle strategy while taking ownership of the journey portfolio, lifecycle roadmap, campaign calendar and optimisation agenda. Working closely with Martech, Growth & Insights, Marketing, Product, Data and Sales, the Lifecycle Marketing Lead will drive improvements across customer activation, repeat purchase, retention and recipient conversion.
What You’ll Do
- Own and evolve Prezzee’s B2C and B2B lifecycle journeys, covering onboarding, first purchase, recipient conversion, redemption, repeat purchase, cross-sell, win-back, reactivation and B2B reorder.
- Turn business priorities into clear journey plans, audience strategies, customer messaging, channel activity and measurable outcomes.
- Manage the lifecycle campaign roadmap and calendar across always-on journeys, go-to-market campaigns, promotions and peak trading periods.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Brand, Data, Martech and regional teams to deliver relevant, localised and commercially aligned customer communications.
- Develop audience segmentation, personalisation and contact strategies, including frequency, suppression, re-engagement and sunset rules.
- Lead and support the Marketing Automation Specialist, providing clear priorities, coaching and quality standards.
- Drive the lifecycle testing and optimisation roadmap, using customer behaviour, feedback and performance data to continuously improve results.
- Partner with Growth & Insights to measure performance, capture learnings and identify which journeys and campaigns should be scaled, refined or stopped.
- Work with Martech to define data, audience and trigger requirements, ensuring journeys are accurate, measurable and ready to launch.
- Maintain strong governance and quality standards, ensuring lifecycle activity is accurate, on-brand, well documented and compliant with consent, privacy and regional requirements.
What we are looking for
- 10+ years of experience across lifecycle, CRM, retention or customer marketing.
- Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end customer journeys across areas such as onboarding, engagement, retention, repeat purchase and win-back.
- Strong hands-on experience with Braze, HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform, as well as Segment or another Customer Data Platform (CDP).
- Working knowledge of dynamic templating, personalisation scripting and HTML for email, with the ability to review, quality-check and troubleshoot templates and campaign logic.
- Practical SQL skills, enabling you to independently explore campaign and customer data.
- Confidence using dashboards and business intelligence tools to identify opportunities, evaluate performance and inform optimisation decisions.
- Strong knowledge of audience segmentation, personalisation, consent management, campaign governance and quality assurance.
- Experience developing lifecycle programs across B2C and/or B2B customer journeys.
- Experience leading or directing marketers, automation specialists or agency partners.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Marketing, Sales, Product, Data, Creative and Technology teams.
