West Shore Country Club is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Marketing & Communications Coordinator. 

This is a member facing onsite part-time hourly, year-round position, 25-30 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling to provide marketing and communication support to various departments throughout the Club and other related duties as assigned.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Event Marketing

· Design and produce print materials, video reels, and email campaigns to promote Club events

· Design and produce event marketing collateral, including special signage and other materials, as requested

· Promote events through social media, mobile app, website, email, and other outlets as needed

· Assist departments with event promotion and communication efforts to increase member awareness and participation

Content Creation, Communication, and Website/Mobile App Management

· Update and maintain WSCC website and mobile app

· Assist with design and promotion of all printed materials, ensuring they are distributed through all social media outlets

· Assist with the curation and distribution of the monthly newsletter

· Send eblasts to all members with Club updates and events

· Send push notifications to the membership as needed

· Assist the Member Services Director with Club email needs in accordance with the monthly email schedule

· Maintain updates and ensure accuracy of WSCC email lists

· Assist with the creation of graphics, photos, videos, and other content for WSCC communications

Social Media Management

· Attend events to capture live updates and content

· Create and post engaging content about WSCC events and activities

· Develop and manage a monthly content calendar for WSCC social media accounts and carry out design, photography, and videography for posts according to the content calendar

· Increase engagement through likes, comments, shares, and other interactions on public and private social media accounts

· Monitor social media activity and assist with promoting Club programs, events, and amenities

Requirements

POSITION:

· Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities

· Strong written and oral communication skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in Canva or similar platforms

· Knowledge of social media

· Experience with photography, videography, and content creation

· 1-2 years experience in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field required

· Available to work a flexible schedule based on WSCC needs

· Flexibility in scheduling as needed depending on the size, scope, and significance of Club events

· Professional appearance and commitment to providing exceptional member service

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
