As a Solution Specialist Business Planning, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the partnership between business needs and technology needs driving implementation, alignment, and execution in Business planning.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Own and manage the project portfolio, ensuring alignment between business requirements and delivered solutions.
• Analyze, configure, and support SAP IBP, SCM, ePPDS, and connected business processes (OtC, RtP, etc.), with working knowledge of CIDS, BW, and Snowflake.
• Gather, document, and maintain business requirements, design specifications, system configurations, and test plans.
• Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of new or enhanced system functionalities.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, recommend solutions, and quantify business benefits to drive standardization, simplification, and integration.
• Lead initiatives to optimize business processes through the effective and innovative use of integrated systems.
• Promote governance, best practices, stakeholder alignment, and effective communication across functions.
• Provide second-level support to key users, resolve day-to-day issues, and facilitate user training and knowledge transfer activities.
• Develop and maintain strong networks with key users and stakeholders across regions, business units, functions, and sites to support collaboration and continuous improvement.

 

What Makes You the Right Fit

• 7+ years of experience in SAP IBP, SCM, and related integrated modules, with expertise in business planning processes including ATP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Production Planning.
• Strong understanding of S/4HANA and its integration with planning and supply chain processes.
• Experience supporting and managing related business and enterprise applications within a complex IT landscape.
• Proven ability to lead projects through the full lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Experience in project portfolio and lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives.
• Demonstrated success working within global or international organizations and collaborating across diverse teams and regions.
• Experience managing external vendors, coordinating virtual teams, and driving outcomes in a matrixed environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Highly organized and self-directed, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives, drive results, and willingness to travel as required.
