We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Presales Manager to lead Presales as a strategic and commercial partner to Sales. You’ll lead a high-performing, disciplined function that strengthens opportunity qualification, improves solution quality and customer value, and drives better commercial outcomes.
What you’ll do to be successful in this role
- Lead and develop a high-performing Presales team, building strong commercial, technical and consultative capability.
- Partner with Sales to shape qualification, win strategy and solution positioning, focusing resource on the highest-value opportunities.
- Establish a clear and scalable Presales operating model, with strong priorities, ownership, metrics and accountability.
- Ensure high-quality discovery, demonstrations and solution design that clearly articulate customer value and differentiate Civica.
- Collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, Delivery and Commercial teams to influence priorities and improve win outcomes.
- Drive measurable impact across deal progression, conversion, revenue quality and margin protection.
