Key Responsibilities
Administer employee benefits, including HMO, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and company-sponsored benefits.
Process and validate vendor billings, benefit invoices, government deductions, and employee enrollments with accuracy.
Coordinate with benefit providers and government agencies to ensure timely processing of employee concerns and requirements.
Assist employees with benefits inquiries, loan applications, claims, and benefit-related documentation.
Support new hire onboarding by facilitating benefits enrollment and explaining company policies.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR data is updated in a timely manner.
Prepare reports and perform data validation using Microsoft Excel.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine labor regulations.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in HR Benefits Administration, HR Operations, Payroll Support, or a similar role
Experience handling vendor billing, invoice reconciliation, government benefit deductions, or benefits administration is highly preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data validation, and reporting)
Familiarity with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and HMO administration
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with employees and external partners
Amenable to work on dayshift schedule and on a hybrid work set-up in 1880, Eastwood, Quezon City
Occasional travel to other sites may be required
