Are you passionate about creating a positive employee experience through effective benefits administration? We're looking for a People Benefits Specialist to manage employee benefits programs, ensure compliance with government regulations, and serve as a trusted partner for employees seeking support and guidance on their benefits.
What You'll Do
- Administer employee benefits programs, including HMO, government-mandated benefits, loans, and company-sponsored benefits.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits, enrollment, claims, and eligibility.
- Coordinate with government agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and seamless benefits delivery.
- Facilitate benefit enrollments, updates, and separations while maintaining accurate employee records.
- Support the implementation and enhancement of employee benefits programs through research, benchmarking, and employee feedback.
- Assist employees with benefit claims and government-related transactions, including SSS and Pag-IBIG loans.
- Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives that enhance employee well-being and engagement.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Benefits Administration, preferably within a BPO or shared services environment.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor regulations and government-mandated benefits.
- Good communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday is an advantage.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
