What will you do?
In this position you will play an integral part in a team of specialists that 'bring ideas to life' for our clients across all types of projects - including significant infrastructure projects.
We have an immediate vacancy for an Information Manager, Project Services, who in this role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing information management frameworks, systems, governance processes, and digital workflows that support successful project delivery across complex engineering and infrastructure programs. You will work closely with Project Managers, project teams, digital delivery specialists, and key stakeholders to ensure project information is accurate, accessible, compliant, and effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle.

- Developing, implementing, and maintaining project information management frameworks, standards, and governance processes.
- Establishing and managing information management systems, workflows, and procedures to support project delivery teams.
- Ensuring project information is structured, maintained, and governed in accordance with organisational, client, and regulatory requirements.
- Providing leadership and guidance on information governance, data quality, compliance, and information management best practices.
- Supporting and maintaining compliance requirements, including ISO accreditation standards and information management controls.
- Managing project information environments and digital collaboration platforms, including SharePoint, BIM 360, and related project information systems.
- Working closely with project teams to establish efficient digital workflows and information exchange processes.
- Monitoring information management performance, identifying risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Ensuring information accuracy, accessibility, security, and consistency across multiple stakeholders and project teams.
- Supporting digital project delivery initiatives and promoting innovation in information management practices.
- Developing and delivering information management training, guidance materials, and user support for project teams.
- Collaborating with project leadership and technical teams to improve data governance, digital adoption, and project information quality.
What can you bring to the team?
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in information management, digital project delivery, project information systems, data governance, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and managing information management processes, systems, and workflows that support project delivery and business objectives.
- Strong experience in information governance, data management, compliance, and information quality management.
- Proven experience supporting ISO accreditation requirements and maintaining compliance with information management standards and frameworks.
- Advanced knowledge of digital information management platforms, including SharePoint, BIM 360, and other project information and collaboration systems.
- Experience establishing structured information workflows and governance processes across multiple stakeholders and project teams.
- Strong understanding of information lifecycle management, metadata, data quality, information security, and governance principles.
- Ability to analyse information management requirements and implement scalable, fit-for-purpose digital solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to information accuracy and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities within a complex project environment.
