Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add Analyst – Intercompany located in Chennai.
What a typical day looks like:
Support invoice Processing (Trade & Non-Trade) Activity as per the standard operating procedures and meet the targets.
Resolve discrepant invoices as per the standard operating procedures
Validating, Executing the Payment to Internal Supplier / and closure of invoices with Collection Funds and Disputes Management
Reporting activities - Generate and update the Interco AP & AR Aging Past Dues Analysis & other MIS Reporting as per the Process
Suggest and track passing rectification entries for the errors identified by internal QC team.
Reconciliation of AR & AP Sub-Ledger vs Trial balance
Interco Month end Activity on performing Reconciliation Package and Posting Accruals Entries as per the standard operating Procedures
Support Balance Sheet reconciliation Post Month-end Activity by Providing Necessary attachment or Approval from Site Finance
Support Audit & Compliance as per the Standard Operating Procedures.
Maintain daily productivity log
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
B.com / BBA(Finance) / M.Com / MBA(Finance).
Good understanding on MS applications.
0-1 Year Exp in Accounting /AP Domain
Good knowledge of accounting principles.
Good written/oral communication skills in English
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP Systems.
Good analytical skills and should be a team player.
Willingness to work in complex environment with strict deadlines on projects
