Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Bachelor or Master degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or related disciplines
- At least 10 years of professional experience in a role as a technical expert for microcontroller within the semiconductor or automotive industry
- Very good knowledge about all aspects in automotive microcontroller applications that influence product requirements
- Profound knowledge across all Automotive Microcontroller applications including HW/SW co-design
- Experience in customer interaction and requirements elicitation
- Ability to facilitate between different engineering disciplines and technical stakeholders across organizations
- Fluent Chinese and English language skills
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Conduct requirements elicitation for automotive microcontroller across all target applications in GC region
- Ownership of requirements specific to GC customers for microcontroller products
- Translate customer and market requirements into microcontroller product features
- Act as interface and facilitator between Automotive Microcontroller business line and GC technical field team and its customers
- Negotiate requirements with GC customers
- Negotiate product specifications and derive hardware/software features with internal project stakeholders
- Represent Infineon as expert in external activities like conferences and/or standardization bodies
