About the Role
As a Cybersecurity Test Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the Cybersecurity(CS) of Car Audio products throughout their lifecycle. You will define CS test plan, CS test strategy, support CS testing, and help build the capabilities of CS testing among the global System Test Sites.
What You Will Do
Define CS test strategy, test plan to make sure the test coverage reaches 100%.
Maintain Cybersecurity processes aligned with ISO/SAE 21434 and relevant internal standards.
Perform security risk assessments, threat analysis, and vulnerability reviews for Car Audio products.
Drive security controls and mitigation measures across embedded software, interfaces, and connected features.
Support vulnerability analysis, security feature validation and penetration testing, translate Cybersecurity requirements into practical test approaches.
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve product security, promote a security-by-design mindset, and support compliance with UNECE R155/R156.
What You Need to Be Successful
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Electronics, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in Cybersecurity, preferably in automotive, embedded systems, or IoT domains.
Basic knowledge of risk assessment, secure communication, system protection, and vulnerability management.
Familiarity with Cybersecurity testing or analysis approaches, plus understanding of embedded systems and network/security fundamentals.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-expert audiences and work in a proactive, team-oriented way.
Bonus Points if You Have
Experience with Automotive Cybersecurity standards or processes is preferred.
Exposure to embedded or connected device security, especially in Car Audio or Infotainment systems, is preferred.
Relevant security certifications such as CEH, CISSP, or OSCP are preferred.
Familiarity with Android, Linux, secure boot, encryption, or vehicle communication interfaces is a plus.
