Analyst - Real Estate

Analyst - Real Estate - IN
The role will be responsible for the preparation of Real Estate month end and quarterly accounting records. Will work closely with asset management team to manage day to day workflows of fund existing assets, including monitoring and analysis of cash, asset performance.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Net Asset Value calculation and related workpapers
• Preparing day to day Fund and Property accounting, cash and related deliverables
• Knowledge of Commercial and Residential accounting in Yardi
• Calculation of Management Fees
• Hands on experience on Real estate tool – Yardi, Elevate, Alusta
• Understand how trial balance level account roll up to financial statement
• Preparation of Waterfall & carried Interest calculation
• Responsible for communicating and liaising with finance and business stakeholders
• Support ad-hoc request and other business requirements

Educational Requirements

• Vocational and/or Technical Education Preferred

Work Experience

• 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred
