Job Overview:We are looking for a talented and creative Visual QA Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Canva and have a strong understanding of design principles, including typography, colour composition, and design rules. They should also have a keen eye for detail and excellent quality assurance skills. Additionally, the candidate should have good English communication skills.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:• Conducting thorough reviews of design templates to ensure that all images, graphics, and elements are relevant, high-quality, and align with the intended purpose and theme.• Verifying that templates adhere to core design rules, including typography, colour composition, layout balance, and overall visual aesthetics.• Using Canva to evaluate and test the usability, editability, and functionality of templates.• Identifying and addressing any design inconsistencies, alignment issues, image quality problems, or mismatched elements across templates.• Validating that templates meet approved criteria and guidelines and resonate with the target audience.• Collaborating with the team and providing actionable feedback to ensure continuous improvement in review quality.• Reviewing templates for cultural appropriateness and language-specific nuances, if applicable.• Maintaining comprehensive QA logs, issue reports, and improvement recommendations to streamline the review process.• Working independently on QA projects and handling pressure to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Job Specifications:• Excellent English communication skills• Previous experience in a design or creative field• A strong understanding of design principles, including typography, colour composition, and design rules• Strong quality assurance skills and attention to detail• The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines• Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills• Availability to work five days a week, 9 hours a day• A minimum age of 18 years and a valid CNIC
