KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists in managing and coordinating the operations of the sales personnel to achieve agreed sales and profit targets, ensuring that customers are always satisfied by the overall service provided by the Department.
- Assists in achieving acceptable departmental profit targets each business year
- Assists in maintaining adequate stocks of goods without over or understock problems whilst maximizing sales.
- Ensures that Technicians are effective in the performance of duties
- Assists in ensuring that the department is appropriately staffed with the correct number of trained and dependable staff. Review performance and recommend promotions/salary increases and Employee Development plans for the department on an annual basis.
- Assists in ensuring adequate custody and security of inventory
- Responsible for the safe custody for monies collected in the Department
- Ensures that the working environment is kept well, clean, tidy, aesthetically appealing and in good repair.
- Manages the sales activities of Diversity chemicals.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- A diploma or equivalent qualifications in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields
- A minimum of three (3) years sales experience at a supervisory level
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Excellent leadership & Management skills
- Good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, computer and numerical skills.
LICENSES:
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
