Overview
We are growing our team at Spark Foundry and are looking for an experienced Media Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated media strategies across a diverse portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop insight-led media strategies and plans aligned with client objectives and agency KPIs.
- Translate data, audience insights and market research into effective media recommendations.
- Manage day-to-day client relationships, communications and expectations.
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring priorities, timelines and deliverables are effectively managed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, media partners and external vendors.
- Monitor campaign performance, measure ROI and identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of all media plans and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members and oversee their day-to-day work.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging platforms and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in media planning or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of both traditional and digital media planning.
- Experience using planning and research tools such as Z/X Plan, Statex, GWI, Euromonitor, WARC and Similarweb.
- Good working knowledge of DV360, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, X Ads and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and evaluate media effectiveness and ROI.
- Proven experience managing multiple clients, projects and stakeholders.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Experience mentoring and developing junior team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Relevant certifications across major digital platforms are preferred.
