T&D Manufacturing Coordinator Co-op

Job Summary
The Talent & Development Manufacturing Coordinator (T&D) Co-Op is a self-starter, with excellent organizational and communication skills who will maintain documentation and support key T&D compliance processes. This hands-on role requires collaboration with Operations, T&D, and Team Members (TMs) to foster the FGF culture and promote Team Member engagement. Â
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews and ensure compliance with documentation requirements (e.g., SIN, work permits)
- Support agency team member transitions and maintain accurate HRIS records, job descriptions and organizational charts
- Oversee training documentation and materials, and assist with Learning & Development programs, internal training projects and job postings
- Prepare and deliver onboarding and orientation materials for new hires
- Manage team member inquiries, provide vacation coverage for Site Coordinators and assist with internal communication initiatives
- Act as a health and safety advocate and support plant-specific initiatives

Key Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Labour Relations or related field
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and build rapport with team members
- High attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SharePoint is an asset
- Experience in a manufacturing environment and a valid G or G2 licence with access to a vehicle are considered assets
