This role is part of Alcon's Analytics & Intelligence function, a team that advances data science, articficial intelligence, and machine learning to transform the eye care industry.The Sr. Associate, Data Analysis & Visualization (Science/Tech/Engineering Path), is primarily responsible for using data science techniques to analyze data, create visualizations, and support data-driven solutions. You will work closely with senior team members to ensure data insights are accurate and relevant.
Specifics Include:
• Perform specialized data analysis and visualization tasks
• Conduct independent research to optimize outcomes
• Utilize data science techniques such as statistical analysis and data mining to extract insights and create meaningful visualizations to communicate findings
• Achieve goals through mainly self-directed work with potential oversight from management

• Apply advanced technical knowledge and analytical skills

Qualifications: Associate shall have the appropriate education and experience to successfully perform the responsibilities/activities of this role.
Provide ongoing application support for Teamcenter, Notifeye, iTrack, Qualytics, Labvantage LIMS, Veeva, SAP, and related enterprise tools, ensuring stable operations, prompt issue resolution, and effective coordination with IT and business teams.
Manages user access and account maintenance activities, including periodic User Access Reviews, for systems owned by QRIS (Quality and Regulatory Information Systems).
Performs direct user support, user communications and issue resolution for systems owned by QRIS (Quality and Regulatory Information Systems).
Candidate would be user support, with knowledge of the process as well as how the system is built. IT will have the engineer that builds the system, but we need someone to help with writing test scripts, coordinating testing, making sure that there is communication regarding enhancements and the prioritization process.
