At Life Link III, every mission depends on having the right equipment, supplies, and resources in the right place at the right time. As a Logistics Associate, you'll play a critical role in supporting our crews by ensuring our warehouses, inventory, and supply chain operations run efficiently. From receiving and shipping supplies to maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting our operational bases, your work directly contributes to our ability to provide exceptional air medical care throughout the communities we serve.

Your Impact:
Inventory & Supply Management
- Maintain accurate inventory levels for medical supplies, operational equipment, PPE, uniforms, and company assets.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile transactions within the inventory management system.
- Receive, stock, pick, pack, and distribute supplies and parts.
- Support replenishment of inventory across Life Link III locations.
- Assist with stock rotation, PAR level analysis, and proper storage of supplies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory and company assets.
Shipping & Receiving
- Receive inbound shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Prepare outbound shipments while maintaining accurate shipping records.
- Coordinate shipments through carriers including FedEx and UPS.
- Track deliveries and assist in resolving shipping discrepancies.
- Support domestic and international shipping documentation when needed.
Systems & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records within the inventory control system.
- Enter inventory transactions and update asset records.
- Review invoices and shipping documentation for accuracy.
- Maintain organized, audit-ready inventory documentation.
- Generate routine inventory, order status, and supply reports.
Base & Equipment Support
- Distribute supplies, uniforms, PPE, and equipment to operational locations.
- Assist with tracking equipment maintenance schedules, inspections, and certification requirements.
- Support storage and organization of medical equipment and operational gear.
- Ensure equipment is properly labeled, tracked, and readily available.
- Inspect and perform minor repairs on flight helmets.
Facilities & Operational Support
- Provide logistics support for office, base, and field locations.
- Coordinate deliveries, stocking, and movement of supplies between Life Link III sites.
- Assist with vehicle and facility supply tracking.
- Support day-to-day operational logistics needs across the organization.
Warehouse Operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Organize inventory and warehouse storage areas to maximize efficiency.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain a hazard-free workspace.
Marketing & IT Supply Support
- Maintain accurate inventory counts of marketing and IT supplies.
- Receive, stock, pick, pack, and ship requested materials to operational teams.
- Ensure inventory is organized and readily available for internal customers.
Safety Culture
- Actively contribute to Life Link III's culture of safety.
- Participate in required safety education and training.
- Promptly report hazards, incidents, or safety concerns.
- Promote safe work practices and encourage teammates to uphold the highest safety standards.
Your Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, or supply chain support.
- Experience working with inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to Life Link III operational sites as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with inventory control or warehouse management systems.
- Warehouse, central supply, facilities, or logistics support experience.
- Experience handling medical inventory or operational equipment.
- Experience tracking and maintaining medical equipment and assets.

- Base Pay Rate: $32.82 per hour (based on experience)
