As Finance Analyst within our Controlling Operations Team you’ll provide foundational Master Data and Controlling support to Digital Corporate Function controllers across all three hubs globally. You will be responsible for maintaining data integrity, supporting cost center management, and ensuring seamless integration across multiple financial systems.

Main responsibilities:

• Maintain WD and H15 hierarchy mappings and resolve discrepancies between systems.
• Identify appropriate cost centers, request new cost center creation when needed, and manage duplicates.
• Submit and manage templates required for Workday updates.
• Create and update project master data based on ServiceNow PPM, ServiceNow APM, and Digital Service Catalog inputs.
• Identify and resolve cost mapping and project assignment discrepancies.
• Check and consolidate financial data from multiple system extracts.
• Support project and budget data consolidation activities.
• Upload and maintain data in financial systems as required.
• Support Controllers across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
• Maintain and improve procedures, process documentation, and training materials.
• Ensure compliance with internal regulations, financial policies, and SOX controls.
• Participate in ContOps and FBP initiatives focused on process improvements and cross-hub collaboration.

About you
 

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, master data management, or systems administration. Experience with ERP systems and data management is preferred.
• Soft skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global and multicultural environment.
• Technical skills: Strong Excel and SAP knowledge, with a strong analytical mindset and attention to data accuracy and integrity.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Languages: Advanced English level.
