Qualifications:
· Strong Math Skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams)
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team
· Four-year accounting or business degree preferred or two-year accounting or business degree with equivalent experience
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities:
· Reconciles general ledgers monthly, including intercompany due to/from balances and associated amortization schedules
· Verify daily bank transactions and record said transactions appropriately to the general ledger
· Coordinates with outside CPA firm and provides needed information for annual tax preparation and other engagements
· Assists with business and health insurance administration
· Provides financial analysis with an emphasis on capital investments
· Assist with presentation material for executives or the Board of Directors, as needed
· Perform additional related duties as necessary or assigned
