Tax Senior – Hybrid Opportunity
An established public accounting firm is looking to add an experienced Tax Senior to its team. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of client engagements, work alongside experienced tax professionals, and expand your knowledge across a variety of industries.
The role involves a mix of individual and business taxation, with a notable client base consisting of privately held companies, real estate investors, and related entities. Experience working with real estate partnerships is beneficial, but candidates with a strong foundation in general tax preparation and compliance are encouraged to apply.
Rather than operating in a high-volume environment, the firm emphasizes quality work, meaningful client relationships, and a collaborative approach. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing their workload, communicating directly with clients, and taking the next step in their professional development.

-
3–5+ years of experience in public accounting or a similar tax-focused position.

Well-rounded knowledge of individual and business taxation.

Familiarity with real estate taxation is advantageous but not a requirement.

Professional communication skills and an interest in developing long-term client relationships.
Compensation & Benefits
-
Flexible hybrid schedule.

Supportive team with an established client base.
-
Opportunities to expand technical expertise and take on additional responsibility.
-
Long-term advancement potential, including a pathway toward management.
Why Consider This Opportunity?
This is an opportunity to join an established accounting practice that values its people, clients, and long-term success. The position provides a chance to build on your existing tax experience, develop stronger client relationships, and increase your responsibilities without the immediate demands of a management position.
For a Tax Senior interested in professional growth, a flexible work environment, and a firm that prioritizes quality over volume, this could be an excellent next step.
