The Lifestyle Agent is responsible for delivering personalized and exceptional guest services that enhance the overall luxury hospitality experience. Acting as a key point of contact for residents/ guests, the Lifestyle Agent provides information, recommendations, reservations, transportation arrangements, and tailored assistance while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and service excellence.

 

The role serves as an ambassador for the property, ensuring every guest receives memorable and seamless experiences throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

 

• Welcome residents / guests warmly and provide professional, personalized assistance throughout their stay.
• Anticipate residents’ / guest needs and proactively offer recommendations and solutions.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to residents’ / guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Provide detailed information regarding property facilities, services, local attractions, shopping destinations, cultural sites, restaurants, and events.
• Ensure all guest interactions reflect the standards of JLL.
• Arrange restaurant reservations, transportation, limousine services, airport transfers, tours, and special activities.
• Coordinate bookings for entertainment, cultural experiences, sporting events, and other guest requests.
• Facilitate VIP guest requirements and special occasions such as anniversaries, birthdays, and celebrations.
• Assist residents / guests with courier services, ticketing, and travel arrangements when required.
• Build positive relationships with residents / guests through attentive and personalized service.
• Handle residents / guest complaints and service recovery situations professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding residents / guest information and preferences.
• Ensure VIP guests receive special recognition and personalized attention.
• Liaise effectively with all property departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
• Coordinate with external service providers, vendors, and local partners.
• Maintain accurate records of guest requests, reservations, and follow-up actions.
• Communicate important guest preferences and requirements to relevant departments.
• Maintain an organized and professional Lifestyle desk area.
• Ensure brochures, maps, promotional materials, and local information are current and readily available.
• Keep up to date with local events, attractions, restaurants, and transportation schedules.
• Monitor guest feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and luxury brand standards.
• Follow data privacy, security, and confidentiality requirements.
• Support emergency and evacuation procedures when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
  
  

 

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Lifestyle/ Concierge, Guest Relations, Front Office, Luxury Residential or a similar customer-facing role within a luxury hotel.
• Previous luxury hospitality and residential experience.
• Experience managing VIP and high-profile guest requests is an advantage.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic proficiency highly valued.

• Preferably residing in East Cairo or around the area.
