Description
We're looking for an Account Director to join our team—a collaborative partner who brings clarity and curiosity to every interaction, and who’s ready to tackle the adventure ahead with us. As we continue building our integrated agency, you’ll play a key role in strengthening client partnerships, connecting teams and capabilities, and ultimately, helping our business flourish.
As Account Director, you’ll champion the growth and long-term success of our client partnerships. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate market shifts, discover new opportunities, and elevate their brands.
What you'll do
Integrated Marketing Expertise: Bring a deep understanding of integrated marketing disciplines, brand strategy, and industry best practices to connect services and deliver cohesive client solutions. Apply your knowledge of marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices across brand, creative, media, and performance marketing to identify opportunities that improve client outcomes.
Account Health: Translate performance data into compelling recommendations for both marketing and executive-level client stakeholders. Maintain visibility into the health of each account and its major workstreams, ensuring client expectations, agency commitments, and delivery plans stay aligned. Partner with Account Leads and Producers to address risks, resolve escalations, and deftly navigate conversations on value, impact, and growth strategies with stakeholders.
Account Growth: Partner with Creative, Channel, and Production experts to identify new opportunities that align client budgets and goals to integrated service strategies. Develop and pitch marketing plans, proposals, and SOWs that effectively communicate our value and align stakeholder expectations.
Revenue & Performance: Set and deliver against clear KPIs for your accounts, proactively reporting on performance, risks, and results to the Head of Client Services. Own revenue projections, account profitability, and scope management.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Creative and Channel leaders to tailor our service strategies to each client’s scope and budget. Leverage brand research and campaign performance data to provide conclusive narratives and actionable insights for client teams.
Team Leadership: Mentor team members and support hiring efforts as our business grows. Foster an enthusiastic, inclusive, and solutions-oriented team environment.
What you'll bring
- Deep experience as agency account leader with a background in integrated agency dynamics and processes. B2B technology industry experience is preferred
- Effective organization skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across fast-moving projects and initiatives
- A proactive, decisive leader who drives solutions, demonstrates accountability, and knows when and how to effectively escalate
- Ability to build trusting relationships with teammates and stakeholders, and the presence to guide them to successful outcomes
- A positive, audience-first thinker with the ability to speak credibly across brand strategy, creative, and channel
- Proven experience identifying opportunities and leading teams in developing compelling, insight-driven pitches tailored to clients’ businesses, industries, and audiences that increase scope and revenue
- Fluency in brand and performance marketing strategy and tactics. You speak the technical language of strategists across a variety of creative and marketing services and translate it for clients and executives
We know great candidates don't always fit neatly into a job description. Your experience, perspective, and path are uniquely yours. Even if your experience isn't perfectly aligned with our description, you may bring something to this role that we haven't yet considered. If you're excited about what we do and eager to contribute, we encourage you to apply.
