As we continue to scale, we are looking for a driven and experienced Product Owner to take full ownership of their product area. From understanding the problem space to shipping high-quality solutions together with the squad.
Your role
As Product Owner, you'll own one of the products powering thousands of EV charging sessions every day across Europe. Together with your squad, you'll transform customer problems into smart software solutions and directly shape the future of sustainable mobility.
What you’ll do

- Prioritize work based on customer value, business impact and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with support and account management to understand customer feedback and market needs.
- Monitor product performance using data and customer insights.
- Stay up to date with trends and innovations in the EV charging industry.
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner in a SaaS or Software environment.
- Strong technical affinity (API’s, integrations and data structures don’t scare you).
- Comfortable doing analysis as part of the squad. Writing specs, modeling flows and clarifying requirements together with squad members rather than handing off to a separate analyst.
- Experience working in Agile/ Scrum teams.
- Excellent prioritization and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Fluent English and Dutch, proficiency in French is a bonus.
- Experience within e-mobility is a bonus.
Why Optimile
- Help us shape the future of e-mobility.
- Join an ambitious team and growing tech company.
- Work with talented, multidisciplinary teams.
- Hybrid working and a modern office in Ghent.
- Make a tangible impact on sustainable mobility.
