Job Summary

As our new Consultancy Transformation & Operations Lead, you will take the lead on CTT’s internal operational engine. From designing and embedding business systems to managing commercial benefits governance, safeguarding critical information assets, and driving thought leadership across the consultancy practice, your work will directly empower our consultants and shape public sector delivery.

If you are ready to drive continuous improvement in a dynamic internal consultancy environment, apply today to join our team.

Key Accountabilities:

1) Driving Efficiency, Continuous Improvement & Business Systems

  • Systems Architecture & Implementation: Lead the end-to-end design, delivery, and enhancement of CTT internal business systems, workflow platforms, and operational tools, ensuring they support seamless project tracking and reporting.
  • Continuous Improvement Frameworks: Establish and embed a continuous improvement culture across CTT, regularly reviewing operational workflows to simplify processes, eliminate friction, and reduce administrative overhead.
  • User Adoption & Change Enablement: Act as the primary champion for business systems within CTT, delivering training, user support, and change management strategies to ensure high adoption rates and data integrity across all consultancy teams.
  • Operational Analytics: Develop and maintain operational dashboards providing SMT with real-time visibility over team utilisation, pipeline tracking, delivery milestones, and resource allocation.

  • Information Asset Governance: Perform the formal role of Information Asset Manager for CTT, identifying, registering, and maintaining a complete inventory of business critical information assets.  Carrying out risk based compliance and conducting regular reviews and audits of asset access permissions, data storage protocols, and retention schedules in CTT.

3) Commercial Benefits Governance

  • Commercial Benefits Accountability: Full responsibility for tracking, validating, and reporting all commercial savings and cost avoidance generated through CTT's client engagements across government.

4) CTT Account Development Lead Support

  • Development of CTT’s sales pipeline: Support the three Account Development Leads strategies to elevate CTT visibility and market engagement across Central Government departments, Local Authorities, NHS and Arms Length Bodies.

5) Consultancy Practice Leadership & Knowledge Management

  • Practice Knowledge Repository: Design, curate, and maintain CTT’s central knowledge repository, template library, and project archive, ensuring instant accessibility to reusable tools, frameworks, and past deliverables.
  • Consultancy Methodology Standards: Develop and update standard CTT consultancy toolkits, playbooks, and delivery methodologies to maintain consistent quality across all client-facing projects.
  • Practice Capability & Onboarding: Provide tools and onboarding support to new and existing CTT consultants, fostering a culture of peer learning, knowledge sharing, and professional excellence.
  • Lessons Learned & Archiving: Establish systematic post-engagement debriefs and archiving workflows to capture client outcomes, reusable artifacts, and strategic learnings.
