A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Market Insight and Strategic Thinking

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior

• Use market data to identify whitespace opportunities

• Track KPIs and evaluate the success of initiatives

Commercial Acumen

• Demonstrate understanding of pricing, value proposition, and reimbursement

• Build a solid business case and support product launches or portfolio expansion

Stakeholder Management

• Can drive cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, clinical teams and leadership team. 

• Can influence without direct authority and can work effectively across functions

• Align different stakeholders around a common market opportunity

Required Knowledge and Experience: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Life Sciences, or any related field

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the medical device industry

• Strong understanding of hospital environments and healthcare systems in emerging markets is preferred

• May have practical knowledge of project management
